Python Lead Developer
We are looking for a dynamic Python developer with strong technical leadership skills to lead backend development efforts using Python and modern frameworks. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, a solid understanding of data structuring, object-oriented programming, and design patterns, and hands-on experience with REST APIs and relational databases.
The successful candidate will be able to design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend services and APIs, collaborate closely with front-end developers, QA, and product teams, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, mentor junior developers, solve complex problems, and contribute to AI/ML or Generative AI integrations when applicable.
The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a proficient understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). The ideal candidate will be part of an architecture planning and technical decision-making process.
