We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Backend Engineer to join our growing team and help build scalable, reliable, and efficient backend systems. You’ll own architecture decisions, guide a team of engineers, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful tech solutions.

🛠️ What You'll Do
• Architect and build robust, scalable backend systems.
• Lead a team of developers—guide code quality, reviews, and performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to define and deliver features.
• Own backend architecture decisions and drive modernization initiatives.
• Implement CI/CD, monitoring, testing strategies, and DevOps practices.
• Solve performance, reliability, and scalability challenges.
• Stay ahead of backend trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.
📌 Must-Have Skills
• 8+ years of backend development experience using Python / Node.js / Java / C# (choose based on your stack).
• 4+ years of leadership or mentorship experience.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps tools.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end.
⭐ Nice-to-Haves
• Exposure to GenAI / ML tools.
• Experience with BIM, construction tech, or infrastructure platforms.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, GraphQL, or event-driven architectures.
