Job Summary
The Personal Banker Team Lead is responsible for delivering a world-class client experience, assisting clients in achieving their financial goals, and consistently meeting performance objectives. This role requires a strong consultative needs-based advisory process to expand and retain client relationships.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced professional with excellent verbal communication skills, able to effectively provide customer information, resolve issues, and gain information by asking appropriate questions. You'll also be required to have strong computer skills, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide a level of client experience that exceeds clients' expectations
• Utilize talents and experience to ensure delivery of an acutely focused client experience
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve greater performance in accordance with established objectives
• Ensure individual and team ownership of the BOKF brand experience through delivery of best-in-class client experience
Requirements
This position requires an Associate's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of sales or customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in various programs
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong time management skills
• Digitally dexterous and adept at using digital technology
