Park+ access control and parking automation solutions are deployed at prominent locations including Blackstone (Mumbai), Airtel HO (Gurgaon), One BKC (Mumbai), Select City Walk (Saket, Delhi), 1,200+ residential apartment gates.
Park+ has raised USD 35Mn from marquee investors including Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners, as well as from seasoned individual investors - Ashish Hemrajani (BookMyShow), Deep Kalra (MakeMyTrip), Kunal Shah (Cred) and Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal). The company is led by Amit Lakhotia, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NSIT. Amit has previously built 3 multi-billion-dollar businesses and is credited with building Paytm’s payments business from scratch.
About the Team –
The team is led by Mr. Amit Lakhotia, someone who built & scaled the Paytm Wallet to the largest transacting digital platform in India! Park+ has now grown to 1M+ customers across 8 cities with a footprint across 1000+ apartments, 100+ corporates and 5000+ parking locations. The tech team at Park+ is also the team which has built the Paytm wallet from scratch to perform in a stable manner at scale.
We do this by working with multiple partners including Banks, Regulators, Insurance Companies, Malls, Societies, Consumer Apps, etc. We already work with top banks in the country such as IDFC, HDFC, IDBI, Airtel Payments Bank etc. The Banking Alliances team at Park+ works on deepening these strategic partnerships with various bank partners across the country to achieve superior outcomes for the business.
What you'll do –
As Lead – Banking Operations, you will play an integral part in building:
● Banking Relationships: Liaise and build strong working relationships with senior leaders at banks. Leverage industry knowledge to craft thoughtful partnership, partnering with various stakeholders (including risk, product, engineering, compliance, legal, and treasury) – ensuring smooth functioning of banking operations.
● Payment Gateway Partner Relationships: Build a strong network of Payment Gateway partner relationships and ensuring a smooth working process.
● Coordination: Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and adhering to processes related to bank reconciliations. Handling minutest issues with respect to payment gateways, escalations and address complaints on an immediate basis.
● Reconciliation: Help in solving end to end recon issues.
● Team Management: Lead high performing team members and groom them to manage independent tracks within bank partnerships.
Requirements –
● 4 - 7 years of work experience in leading digital platforms, payment gateways, payment service providers
● Strong existing network across bank teams- digital/innovation teams, FasTag etc.
● Demonstrated ability to stretch and perform
● Strategic thinking supplemented with a laser sharp focus on execution
● Are keen to participate in a high growth journey building best in market products; re-defining bank offerings to consumers
● Strong knowledge of Banking related reconciliation
● The role is based out of Delhi and might involve occasional travel to Mumbai
