About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect to design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouses and big data solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Implement Data Pipelines: Integrate various data sources into Synapse, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal latency.
• Optimize System Performance: Monitor system performance, perform query performance tuning for large-scale data queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
• Data Acquisition, Preparation, and Validation: Experience with data movement, transformation in Azure cloud for data integration and ETL processes.
• Big Data Technologies: Proficiency in technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
• SQL and Data Warehousing Solutions: Strong expertise in SQL and data warehousing solutions.
• Programming Language Skills: Strong programming language skills like Python for data processing.
• Azure Specializations: Familiarity with ADO CICD pipeline and Ansible.
Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of experience in data engineering.
• Expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics, including Synapse pipeline, IR, and notebook.
• Knowledge of Databricks, PySpark, and ADF.
