Location: Denver/Ft. Collins
Pay: $40-$60/hourly

Be the Master Diagnostician: Become a "boiler detective," troubleshooting and solving complex hydronic, steam, and control system puzzles that leave others scratching their heads.

A Proven Track Record: 5-10+ years of real-world experience as the go-to tech for boiler service.
Your "Credentials": A valid driver's license (with a clean background check), EPA Certification, and any relevant state/local licenses. NATE certification is a massive plus.
The Technical Chops: You can read a wiring diagram in your sleep and have a deep understanding of combustion analysis, hydronics, and modern control systems.
The "People" Part: A positive, customer-first attitude. You can explain a faulty aquastat without making the customer feel lost.
