The Lead Building Services Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable MEP solutions for mixed-use and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP systems design, extensive experience in the real estate sector, and a strong understanding of sustainability and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement sustainable MEP solutions for mixed-use and hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with principal architects, PMC & Consultant engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP design systems seamlessly into the overall project design.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in MEP systems.
• Manage & Support MEP budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement activities.
