Role Description
The Business Management function for India Technology has a diverse scope, offering variation on a day-to-day basis, and includes strategic planning, organizational design, spend control and saves tracking, headcount management, staff compensation matters, people engagement & development topics. The person in this role must be able to consolidate the results of this broad range of activities, whilst managing the ongoing internal relationships in order to collate and validate required output and synthesize the relevant business insights for senior management. To interface with a broad range of internal points of contact from across the wider organization such as Finance, COO, HR, Vendor Management etc.

Your key responsibilities
• Manage the e2e Hiring Governance, i.e.., Validation, Approvals and Status Reporting.
• To track internalization business case to ensure the hiring and exits are happening as committed.
• To monitor and support the external renewal and to support the workforce optimization targets.
• Manage space planning for FP in India
• Liaise with all staff in the organization when required to ensure completion of all mandatory training requirements.
• Assist with maintaining the eBCM requirements for the organization by ensuring the Send Now application data is in line with the headcount tracker on an ongoing basis.
• Actively participating in periodic calls with internal stakeholders to share ideas / provide feedback for the overall process improvements.
• Actively supports the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance culture.
• Work on the onboarding experience of the new joiners.
• Track and drive the recognitions across FP.
