Candidate will be responsible for delivering work on both Prism and People Analytics as a Workday Consultant/Principal Consultant, you will serve as a thought leader in the Workday Reporting Services space to deliver superior results to our customers by designing and implementing solutions using Workday Prism, People Analytics and reporting functionality (Good to have – Basic Adaptive Insights).

Your Roles and Responsibilities :
• Execute the day-to-day activities of a Workday Prism, People Analytics and reporting consultant.
• Serve as a Workday Prism expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction.
• Develop Prism solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements.
• Mentor other consultants: actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice.
• Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements, provide solutions to complex business problems, and transfer knowledge.
• Support Workday Delivery Assurance Reviews to achieve design and build sign-off.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for customers
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities
• Work with business stakeholders to deliver value through the delivery of high quality software within an agile development lifecycle.
• Work with stakeholders on requirements and participate in backlog refining sessions.
• Work with the team on functional and non-functional requirements, technical analysis and design.
• Be a champion of existing and upcoming Workday features and capabilities.
Your Skills and Experience:
• Experience with Workday implementation including Report Writer, Prism, People Analytics and basic Adaptive Insights.
• Must have certifications – HCM Core Basics, Reporting, Prism/People Analytics (WD service partner Certified or Pro certification). Good to have – Adaptive Insights
• Project leadership in support of overall direction and delivery of analytic solutions
• Experience supporting enterprise class human capital management solutions (i.e. Workday, PeopleSoft, OLAP, etc)
• Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements
• Subject Matter Expertise in reporting including developing complex reports, layouts, and analytics for business purposes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Requires an equal mix of business-facing and technical development skill sets to design and code the solutions.
• Strong HR domain experience working in IT teams.
• Analytical approach to solving problems including understanding system interdependencies.
• Have an explorer mindset. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues and tasks to completion.
• 4 years + minimum HR technology experience.
• 10 years + overall experience.
Any existing or transferable experience in any of the following areas:
• Programming in any high-level language preferably Javascript and strong SQL knowledge.
• Working Experience as software engineer or technical consultant, or in a closely related technical area (ie. system administration, software QA, etc.) where script writing or coding is part of the usual job.
• Working experience with Data Integration, Data Quality and Data Architecture project life cycle, best practices.
• Experience working with software delivery and support (experience with SaaS would be good to have).
• Understanding of relational databases including intermediate level SQL.
• Must have experience with Agile and Integration Solution Development.
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
Education / Certification:
• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology from an accredited college
• Industry standard certifications in relevant technology is preferred
