About the Role: Key Responsibilities: • Agile Methodology Integration: • Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and development teams to foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement. • Champion agile best practices, ensuring that teams understand and follow the principles of Scrum, or other agile frameworks. • Requirement Elicitation and Refinement: • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize user stories and requirements. • Facilitate grooming sessions to refine and break down epics into actionable and well-defined user stories. • User-Centric Analysis: • Employ user-centered design principles to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, translating them into valuable insights for the development process. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly solutions. • Backlog Management: • Maintain the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are appropriately prioritized and well-prepared for sprint planning. • Collaborate with product owners to manage backlog items, keeping them updated, refined, and aligned with evolving business priorities. • Sprint Planning and Execution: • Participate and drive sprint planning meetings to provide clarity on user stories, answer questions, and assist in establishing sprint goals. • Act as a point of contact for development teams to clarify requirements and provide ongoing support throughout the sprint. • Continuous Communication: • Foster open and transparent communication between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders. • Facilitate regular stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to promote collaboration and process improvement. • Data-Driven Insights: • Analyze metrics and user feedback to provide data-driven insights that inform enhancements and iterative improvements. • Collaborate with data analysts to assess the impact of implemented features and recommend optimizations. Qualifications and Skills: • Proven experience (5-7 years) as an Agile Business Analyst, preferably in a product-focused environment. • Proven experience (5-7 years) in P&C billing Insurance domain. • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and their practical application in product development. • Proficiency in using agile project management tools, such as JIRA, AHA, or similar platforms. • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and effective documentation of requirements and user stories. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and developers. • Adaptability to evolving project requirements and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Professional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Agile Business Analyst are advantageous
