We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead BA.

Role: Lead Business Analyst
In this role, you will:
This role demands responsibility for prioritizing the work with the Product Owner, Vendor partners, Operations and Change teams, clarifying requirements, Project Planning and tracking, responsible performing gap analysis, coordinate with different teams & stakeholders, assist in testing and actively get involved in production issues
Accountable for implementation of documentation and project across the integration layer
Ability to define End to End requirements i.e technical, business & functional requirements involving process workflow and data from huge no. of data sources aggregated into a system for Workflow Orchestration
Creating and documenting solution blueprints and roadmaps, Preparing and delivering process flows
Assisting in the development, implementation, and support of Operating Models
Liaise with cross functional teams to define business requirements, functional specifications & technical requirements specifications especially around API / Integration approach
Formally documenting functions and processes
Reviewing and providing feedback on user stories that have been written by engineering teams
Providing first line support to stakeholders for team owned applications
Providing Non-functional requirements such as response time, throughput, latency, UI, UX etc..
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience of relevant experience
Experience in technological disciplines such as Workflow apps, Integration Layers and Cloud
Strong technical understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, business processes and requirements and testing methodologies
Proven ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships with senior stakeholders
Exposure to Investment Banking Trade Lifecycle & Post Trade (Settlement, Confirmations, Recs, Payments etc.) is preferred
Knowledge of programming in SQL & API Governance and overall technical troubleshooting/investigative approach is a must
Experience in performing analysis using various tools, like excel, Word, PPT, Visios and present the same to relevant stakeholders
Experience in providing support through various testing phases applications
Understanding of Agile, Scrum and associate software’s like Jira, Confluence.
Basic understanding of Continuous integrations using Jenkins or similar CI tool.
Need to be a good Team Leader with People Management & Problem Solving skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills i.e. both verbal & written
