We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst
In this role, you will
- Speaks as the ‘one voice of the customer’, bridging the gap between the business and IT
- Communicates the vision of the market, customer and product and directs the team to best achieve business value
- Provides team with business domain expertise
- Works with the Agile teams to break epics down into user stories
- Reviews epics and user stories to ensure they align to the product vision, challenging where necessary
- Responsible for ensuring the team works within an Agile delivery methodology and that their backlog of requirements and analysis feed into Technology Projects and Programmes successfully.
- Provides the Product Owner and BAs within team with functional support whilst evolving Product roadmap, creation of epics/features and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog.
- Creates solution analysis on customer journeys and product functionality.
- Understands risk exposure to the bank and help senior colleagues manage it.
- Define and document solutions and changes producing comprehensive documents supported by structured analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Assures delivery through the entire life-cycle of the project from user requirements through to go-live.
- Supports the development of the BA function and the team within the IT Portfolio and Programme Management practice.
- Determine business suitability of proposed requirements with architect, developers and other relevant team members and provide recommendations.
