Job Purpose The end goal is to provide financial insights that help the decision-making process, and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget. The Business Analyst should also drive fresh initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems.
Job Description Responsibility
Business strategy for decision making. · Analyze the structure of a CSC business, Goals, Projection and Tracking the same. · Creation of a Glide path to achieve the set goals and formulating a plan on the same. · How it uses technology and what its goals are · Identify problems within a business, including through using data modeling techniques. · Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve. · Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research. · Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies. · Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business · Budgeting and forecasting · Planning and monitoring · Financial modeling · Variance Analysis · Pricing · Reporting · Forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis combined with understanding of key performance indicators. · Activation level of BC/ BF / PF programs · Projection numbers which are expected from the active VLEs on monthly basis
· Glide path for introduction of Product · Monitoring the Profitability of the Business · Analysis of the Leads sourcing of various products MOM against benchmark · Identification of Key problems which if resolved which lead to positive impact on business · Tracking rejection of leads. · Analyzing the trends of the business against benchmark / Glide path set · Key ideas to improve the business. · Working very closely with the Various department, to deliver the business’s products to the channel and cross functioning . Team Management · Responsible for team of Data Analysts, day to day activities and guidance to the team · Training in the team in terms of new skills and tools. Partnership · Supporting all the Partnership Business · Analysis across partners · Whats working and not working · KO and other responsibility Senior Management Presentation · Responsible for all senior management presentation · Guidance to the product team in terms of improvement in business · Dashboards
Educational Qualifications Key Skills
· Post Graduate / MMS / MBA · Analytical Skills · Data Analysis tool · Communication & Influencing Skills · Banking Product & Process Knowledge
Experience Required
· Minimum experience of 6 years
· Exposure to Data Analysis Tools,
Major Stakeholders(intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties) · Branch Banking Team
