Job Description
The individual will closely engage the senior leadership team of the Bank and solve their strategic problems using advance/business analytics frameworks. S/He would also be responsible for defining key initiatives which comes out of the analysis. Additionally need to ensure that right focus and momentum is created for the execution of the initiative/strategy.
It's a business-cum-analytics role than analytics-cum-business hence individual should be good in making sound guesstimates/Estimates for the quick turnaround of a task
Overall Job Description
The role would be part of Decision Sciences Unit which spearheads initiatives that helps business leaders to make decisions in the Consumer Banking organization and will cover (but not limited to)
- Design and execute Customer lifecycle based assets for Current Account/Trade/FX/Merchant acquisition business
- Improve/automate existing assets related to various products
- Design tracking/reporting framework for all existing/planned assets
- Gather external market intelligence to overlay on bank's data to improve asset performance
- Collaborate with client engagement teams, product teams for quick execution
- Interact with BU owners/teams of all levels to review expected outputs, applicability to business challenges, and model measurement.
- Developing robust Predictive/Prescriptive models/Heuristic rule based assets to solve critical business problems
- Collaborate with data engineering team for creating re-usable data cubes that will come in handy for model development/Quick campaign push
