• Responsible of Managing Campaign Strategy and delivery for Conversational AI Campaign management use cases across LoBs and Channels
• Upkeep of infra and best in class SLA for campaigns
Roles and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
• Understand requirements from business and Journey teams on Various campaign (Voice, WA, SMS, eMail etc)
• Work closely with campaign teams (HPE, Business and internal dev team) for friction free execution of campaigns.
• Strategy for multi-model / multi-channel campaigns basis business and tech outcomes
• Work with BIU and MIS teams to identify opportunity to make efficient campaign strategy
• Work with PE team on maintenance of the campaigns and issue resolutions
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Insights for journey and tech delivery teams basis outcomes
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities - (if applicable): Team Management

• Ensuring stability of dialer application

• Monitoring and reducing idle time of the agents
