Lead Campus Recruitment (BPO/ITeS)
- Responsible for Designing strategies and executing full cycle of campus recruitment while maintaining university relations and employer branding.
- Strong hold on Social media marketing strategies, prior experience in the same would be an added advantage.
- Formulating effective strategies to comply well with business's hiring processes and school subtle distinctions.
- Managing campus hiring teams.
- Initiating candidate engagement strategies Looking out for early identification program
- Ensuring high conversion by driving robust sell processes formulating and managing Summer analyst programs
- Working closely with Campus Employer Brand team for making the best out of the brand, creating innovation and collaborating with latest events
Qualification And Experience:
1. Sound knowledge of social media marketing strategies & social media branding
2. Experience in dealing with high volume recruitment
3. Strategic thinker and strong analytical skills
4. Evident capability to lead and manage projects Eloquent skills to manage stressful situations Initiator, focused, accountability and resourcefulness will be highly appreciated
5. An innovator with impressive presentation skills
6. Lead and coordinate the operations of the company.
7. Liaise extensively with stakeholders
