Oversee and perform all aspects of carpentry work, including framing, drywall installation, trim work, cabinetry, and finish carpentry
Lead and manage a team of carpenters and laborers, ensuring efficient and high-quality work
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Conduct site assessments to determine the scope of work and develop a plan for restoration
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions
