DeCarli Contractors is a premium custom residential contractor that specializes in all aspects of residential construction and renovation. DeCarli Contractors is looking for a professional, long term and committed Lead Carpenter familiar with all aspects of residential construction.

Duties:

On site carpentry and construction work, specifically structural work and framing.
Be able to take direction, work as part of a team and manage a small team of construction workers.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Skills:

An in depth knowledge of wood framing and structural work.
Applicants must be very experienced with custom construction.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Applicants must be able to get to and from job sites and have a valid driver's license.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during construction projects.
Applicants must possess their own tools.
Applicants must be comfortable working at heights.

The Lead Carpenter will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of recent experience within the carpentry trade, with the ability to effectively lead a team of workers while being productive on site.

The ability to collaborate effectively with other workers and subcontractors is crucial to this position.
