Lead / Framing Carpenter

Tekton Design & Property Management is looking to hire a Lead / Framing Carpenter with strong experience in residential construction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take ownership of projects, lead crews, and deliver high-quality work from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Lead framing crews on residential builds and renovations
Read and interpret blueprints and layouts
Complete all aspects of carpentry including:
Framing (floors, walls, roofs)
Exterior work (siding, decks, doors, windows)
Interior work (drywall prep, trim, basic finishing)
Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects on schedule
Ensure quality control and job site efficiency
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Communicate with management and clients when required
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years carpentry experience (framing focused)
Strong knowledge of all aspects of carpentry
Proven ability to lead a crew and work independently
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site workflow
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own basic tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Strong Assets
Concrete experience (forming, placing, finishing, foundations, pads)
Experience with project coordination or site supervision
Knowledge of local building codes
Equipment operation (telehandler, skid steer, etc.)
