Responsibilities
Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines is essential
Read & interpret estimates, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications
Delegate job assignments for field crews
Take measurements and calculate the sizes and amounts of materials needed for the project
Manage material inventory on daily basis
Install windows, cabinets
Install hardwood floors, siding, cabinets, drywall, windows, doors, and insulation
Inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed
Comply with all company and governmental safety guidelines
Work independently with minimal supervision
Provide excellent customer service
Responding to change orders
Close out jobs ensuring that all punch list items have been completed

Lead teams in carpentry, paint, drywall, trim, decks, framing, light roofing, repair, flooring installation, appliance installation, knowledge of electrical, plumbing.

Requirements:
• Read & interpret estimates, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications
