Lead Carpenter/Siding Installer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee our siding crew. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in siding installation, fascia, doors, and windows. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete projects efficiently and safely while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a siding crew on residential projects.

Install siding, fascia, doors, and windows with precision and quality craftsmanship

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and compliant with company and industry standards

Train and mentor crew members, delegating tasks effectively

Communicate with project managers, homeowners, and other trades as needed

Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition

Qualifications:

Previous carpentry experience

Proven leadership or crew lead experience preferred

Proficiency in installing siding, fascia, doors, and windows

Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
