What you'll do:

Deliver sales targets through new business development & key account management.
Partner with some of the largest omnichannel businesses in Australia, to provide relevant solutions and solve for an array of business challenges.
Lead our representation across key Entertainment Clients.
Determine short and long term revenue plans and track progress closely via active pipeline management.
Develop short-mid-long term learning agendas to map out customer measurement needs, and how Pinterest can leverage resources to solve for these.
Undergo client discovery to understand their marketing/sales goals.
Building out and pitching tailored Pinterest strategies to meet your client(s) needs.
Manage existing and develop new relationships with customers and media agencies in person and virtually.
Represent Pinterest with a high level of integrity and knowledge, acting as an advisor to your clients and their media agencies.
Strong internal collaboration skills working with internal support teams such as measurement, creative strategy to deliver against client needs/goals.

What we're looking for:

8+ years experience in sales/digital/social.
Understanding of ad platforms such as Pinterest Ads Manager or similar.
Experience working closely with brands and agencies.
Experience working across Entertainment & Tech is a plus, but not essential.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet/surpass sales targets and generate revenues.
Strong analytical/insights abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person.
Ability to influence business decision makers at executive level.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Sydney City based office.
