We are looking for passionate individuals to continuously develop, integrate, implement, maintain/sustain, and improve the multi-cloud environment tooling stack.

Position Responsibilities:

As a member of the Enterprise Cloud Solutions Tool team, develop, integrate, implement, maintain, and improve the multi-cloud environment tooling stack.
Leverage Common Environment Services SAFe methodology to manage planning and team work load.
Work with cross-functional cloud and infrastructure teams spread across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners, across different cultures and time-zones.
Assist in the creation of automation solutions using DevSecOps and other available tools to expedite updates and maintenance of environment tools
Ensure proper functioning of CICD Pipeline Automation
Maintenance, Deployment, and Operation for Collaboration Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Mattermost)
Work closely with technical product owner, technical integrator, and peers collaborating within agile teams to deliver user story/tasks
Participate and engage with developers and the developer community
Assist with Tier 1-3 incident and problem resolution and partner with vendor troubleshooting technical issues
Support Tooling team coverage and agreed to Service Level Agreement expectations.
Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and incident reviews
Assist with the analysis and resolution of compliance or security findings for the tooling stack in collaboration with the developer team and technical product owner.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience with Linux and Windows infrastructure and Operating Systems upgrade and deploy
Experience with Container technology
Experience designing and automating cloud deployments of COTS infrastructure
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 11+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with IaaS platform capabilities and services (cloud certifications preferred)
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
Experience supporting SW and developer tools (such as Confluence, Mattermost, Jira, Azure Dev/Ops)
Typical Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 11+ years of experience
