Primary Responsibilities: • Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitor actions and customer base; interface with internal and external customers, identify customer need, organize early-stage customer exchange meeting • Work closely with the Asia Sales teams and Technical tendering in the strategy development to create winning proposal and meeting or exceeding the region’s plan for orders, and financial KPIs • Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires strong commercial awareness and well control of current resources to deliver a high-quality bid on time. • Communicates and dedicate yourself into multi-functional teams during the ITO phase in Asia, and also involvement of global taskforces • Review and analysis customer terms and conditions (T&Cs) and other commercial documents, ensure performance & effectiveness measurement through ITO tools (RAMPS, R&O…) • Drive functions to optimize delivery time, technical performance, cost and provide competitiveness offer • Support customer negotiations, ensuring an acceptable risk profile for GE given the specific scope of supply and deal dynamics; engage with approvers and subject-matter experts as necessary • Ensure seamless hand-over of signed contracts to OTR Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering or related area from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, tendering, Supply chain and/or project management role Desired Characteristics • Strong learning ability and interpersonal communication ability, Good organizational skills, Team worker • Strong oral and written communication skills in English. • Demonstrated high ability to analyze and resolve problems • Familiar with Hydro product and Hydro plant • Ability to travel at home and abroad according to work requirement
