Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing sector. Proven expertise in recruiting for senior and middle management positions. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including its challenges and talent needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
