Key responsibilities: Develop and execute proactive headhunting strategies to identify and attract top talent. Build and nurture relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach. Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidates, and provide comprehensive assessments to hiring teams. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles in the manufacturing sector. Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies. Partner with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing sector. Proven expertise in recruiting for senior and middle management positions. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including its challenges and talent needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
