Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the visual design and execution of a variety of marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with marketing managers, copywriters, and other team members to develop creative concepts that align with our brand identity and campaign goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative visuals for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email marketing assets, website banners, landing pages, presentations, and print materials.
• Co-create communication and campaign concepts that can be elevated by design.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling designs that are on-brand and resonate with the target audience.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
• Work effectively within deadlines and budgets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing-related design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with marketing concepts and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A passion for marketing and a desire to create visually impactful campaigns.
Bonus points for:
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and A/B testing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
