Lead Creative Digital Designer
Responsibilities:
• Design graphics for social media, websites, ads, and print.
• Develop visual concepts in line with brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create cohesive designs.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Creativity, time management, and attention to detail.
Skills : You ll be crafting brand visuals, UI/UX journeys, and content that feels as good as it looks. Whether it s a carousel, a dashboard, or a cinematic UI intro you ll shape how people see and feel the product.
What We re Looking For :
• Strong portfolio across UI/UX, graphic design, brand storytelling, or motion/video
• Experience designing for web, mobile, and product interfaces
• Ability to create from scratch from user journeys and wireframes to final high-fidelity screens
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, Canva, and Protopie/Lottie
• Understanding of design systems, micro-interactions, typography, and responsive layouts
Key Responsibilities
1.Lead design projects from concept to delivery
2.Mentor and guide design team members
3.Collaborate with engineering and product teams globally
4.Establish and maintain design standards and processes
Required Experience & Skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital media, creative, or design roles
• Proven experience leading and managing creative teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing and overseeing visual brand identity for social media
• Ability to adapt and integrate AI-driven design tools into creative workflows
• Strong understanding of branding, visual consistency, and platform-specific design best practices
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients and stakeholder teams
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile platforms
AI & Modern Tooling Experience
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for:
• Visual concept generation
• Social media creative iteration
• Image and video enhancement
• Workflow automation
• Ability to balance AI-generated content with human creativity and brand oversight
Shared Requirements
• 1.Bachelor s degree in relevant field
• 2.Proven remote collaboration skills
• 3.Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
• 4.Experience with agile methodologies
Bonus Points
• Experience designing for SaaS, AI, or B2B products
• Storyboarding or video editing capabilities
• Exposure to working closely with developers, product managers, and brand teams
