• Support to Branches /SFDC/Tech issue/query/policy related/Approval/TAT etc • Achievement of all KPIs as defined under Zero Error • Timely and accurate submission of Incentives • Manage the team efficiently and maintain the low attrition in team. • Training to team for Policy and Processes • Feedback on System related improvement /concern to PMO • Solve SFDC related issues timely along with Team • Preparing PPT for PLCS U/w deck “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - Branch Support • Support to Branches /SFDC/Tech issue/query/policy related/Approval/TAT etc. • +8% Timely Support and No complaint from branches • QC errors rectification & Document collection • PLCS files hold control and reducing the hold (Monthly Average) • Training to Branches & Front end teams Maintaining TAT:
