We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, referring customers to appropriate business partners, and exercising independent judgment in complex situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deepen relationships with customers by listening to their needs, asking questions, and guiding them to meet their financial goals
• Provide follow-up on customer inquiries and find solutions to address issues
• Maintain a position of trust and confidentiality with customers
• Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to ensure efficient office operations
• Participate in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives
• Refer customers to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures
• Ability to interact comfortably with the public and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making
• Flexibility in scheduling
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with extensive computer screen viewing
