Lead Customer Service Representative Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a Lead CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and timely follow-up
• Collaborate with Financial Center Manager to ensure efficient operations and maintain a positive work environment
• Develop and maintain knowledge of retail products and services offered by the bank
• Utilize referral tools to track and follow up on customer referrals
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous banking experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work varied shifts
