To thrive, candidates must possess a minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a high-end establishment; preferably with luxury hotel or restaurant background. A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is beneficial.
A comprehensive understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety regulations is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
