Manage customer escalations and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. Train new support team members on products, processes, and best practices. Monitor support team performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Contribute to the development and refinement of support policies and procedures. Stay updated on product releases and technical advancements to provide accurate support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role. Proven experience in a lead or supervisory capacity. Strong technical proficiency with software applications and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
