The PWI PSS PI Database Administration Support group provides database services related to the Oracle infrastructure for multiple client facing applications.
Production Support which includes 7x12 oncall support, Database Infrastructure Support, performance monitoring, 1st level performance troubleshooting, Risk/Audit compliance and Non-Prod database refreshes.
Database and Oracle Application Maintenance includes Oracle Database upgrades, Database reorganizations, Security Patching, Application Upgrades.

The selected candidates will provide database application life cycle support including database design, development, implementation, and support in the development and production environments. This candidate will also provide recommendations and solutions on database and application architecture, database integrity, security and availability as well as application tuning support

Technical / Behavioral
Setting up DB2UDB, Cassandra & Spark Database
Installation and Configuration and continuous support
Monitoring enablement using Opscenter & Datadog
Based on the requirement need to create automation script using Bash shell or Python
Provide 12X7 support and ensure with best services to all the critical databases
Collaborate with teams/vendors to fix the issue in a timely manner
Exposure on Agile-Kanban methodology
Experience and Qualifications and skills:
5+ Years of Experience
