• Good understanding of relational databases and database fundamentals, including data storage, data modeling, and data access patterns.
• Develop and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for data elements and tables for the projects.
• Identify and implement database requirements for new or existing applications by working collaboratively with application teams.
• Optimize database performance and efficiency by evaluating and recommending new database technologies.
• Support users and developers by resolving data-related technical issues and troubleshooting queries by guiding them with best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide quick solutions to the issues.
• Managing logins and database users, as well as database roles, application roles, and other security principals within database.
• Migrate MySQL/MSSQL PostgreSQL database to Azure MySQL/MSSQL/PostgreSQL Database.
• Design, implement, maintain, and automate the appropriate backup and recovery architecture as required.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.
• Good to have experience in Azure cloud system.
• Willing to learn new technologies and implement it when needed.
• Ability to lead a small group of teams and guide them to acheive their goal.
• Any NoSQL database is an added advantage.
• Strong experience in Performance tuning, Database (Security, Monitoring & Troubleshooting), Database administration and Stored Procedures.
