Lead - DCM
Job Purpose: This role requires the candidate to be actively managing fund raising activity for the company. Fund raising would be in form of market instruments i.e. CP and NCD
Role:
- Meeting with the bankers/ mutual funds for fund raising activities through DCM
- Managing end to end process including post drawdown processes
- Preparing timely treasury related MIS
- Maintaining relationships with Mutual Funds and intermediaries
- Preparation of Information Memorandum / proposals investors
- Using market intelligence to propose borrowing timing
- Managing ALM and reporting to ALCO
Qualification & experience:
- CA/ MBA
- 5 years work experience in treasury fund raising through DCM
Essential skills:
1. Handled treasury functions of a HFC / NBFC
2. Has raised funds in current role through DCM and is well connected in the market
3. Aware of various regulations related to borrowings
4. Good communication skill, multi-tasking skills and presentation skills
5. Skillful in planning tasks and able to prioritize work and ability to work strategically
6. Good Collaboration with various functions
7. Knowledge of Bloomberg and various bond reporting platforms is an added advantage
