Company Overview: As a Business Manager - Design at Livspace, you will be responsible for overseeing the design aspects of multiple projects on a month-to-month basis. This involves managing a team of designers to ensure they are productive and meeting their performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the designing of 12 to 15 projects per month.
- Supervise the work output of a team of 6 to 10 designers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer experience and relationship management.
- Collaborate with designers to enhance their skills and knowledge through training and discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field; Master's degree in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design or project management.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering at least 10 residential or interior design projects from start to finish.
