Lead Designer Manager
Job Description
A Business Manager - Design will be responsible for overseeing the design process for 12 to 15 projects per month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. This individual will achieve this by managing team design productivity, providing required training and facilitating design discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing Designing Projects.
• Ensuring team productivity and work output.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Maintaining design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
• Training designers on technical details.
• Facilitating design discussions.
Requirements:
• Bachelors Qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.
• Masters/ Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
• 3+ years experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end to end project management).
