Required technical skills:
• RESTful API development in .NET/.NET Core
• Relational Database design using MSSQL
• Familiar with Git or TFS version control
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines and DevOps culture
• Quality built-in way of thinking and experienced in writing unit and integration tests using TDD (Test Driven Development)
• Experience with Microservice architecture
• Experience with OpenShift cloud infrastructure is preferred
• Event Driven Architecture/Pub-Sub patterns
• Experience with ELK stack usage
• Good understanding of SOLID principles and AGILE development
• JavaScript UI development: experience working in any Javascript framework. Preferred knowledge of Angular and ReactJS
• Working knowledge of RabbitMQ is preferred
• Working knowledge of Public Cloud is preferred
Other traits and qualities
• A catalyst leader who will be required to inspire Chapter members, provide innovative and motivated technical leadership and 'evangelize' the AM Tribe's Reference Architecture
• Enthusiastic about continuously taking the Chapter to the next level by coaching and developing others
• You will be HR responsible for the .Net developers in the chapter and you will provide technical guidance and act as the mentor, coach and sparring partner. Do their appraisal and provided constructive feedback. Have tough discussions with under performers.
• Team members from Denmark and Lithuania will also be functionally reporting to you.
• You will be ready to motivate the status quo, to take initiative and responsibility and to be a global name in a self-organizing and agile setup
• Foster a culture of appropriate knowledge management across the Chapter so that good discoveries become normative and are re-used across all Squads
• Great collaborator who is willing and able to work with stakeholders having different backgrounds
• Able to ensure that the Chapter has the breadth and depth of required competencies by virtue of having the aptitude to attract and retain skill
