About the Role
TJ Designs Kitchens is seeking a reliable and motivated Labourer to support our cabinet making and installation team across kitchens and bathroom renovation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow within the joinery and construction industry.
You will assist tradespeople on-site and in the workshop, ensuring projects run efficiently and safely.
Pay based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Assist cabinet makers and installers with daily tasks
Load, unload, and move materials, cabinetry, and tools
Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Support installation of kitchen cabinets, vanities, and benchtops
Use hand and power tools safely under supervision
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
About You
Previous labouring or construction experience
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
White Card and manual drivers license (must have prior to onboarding)
