• Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment].
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matterss.
• Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.
Our Ideal Candidate
• Deep dive in understanding the existing Hadoop ecosystem and underlying components.
• Actively involved in building ETL data flow model with integrating SDM (Standardized Data Mart) framework.
• Analysis of Control M Jobs, Shell Scripts, UNIX configurations for root cause analysis.
• Create Technical Specification documents.
• Modification of table structures as per source system requirement which comprises attributes addition / modification/deletion and changing table properties.
• Develop Hive scripts to cater the requirements on basis of mapping document by liaising with mapper and Business Analysts.
• Monitoring and supporting L3 incidents for monthly and daily BAU.
• Develop automation shell scripts and Pyspark scripts for production support team.
• Control-M jobs development and debugging issues for BAU batches, deployment and testing in lower environment.
• Change coordination for all Production releases, involving package consolidation, providing code walkthrough to production support team, approvals, support during and post deployment.
• Maintaining code base on Bitbucket, creating artefacts and post deployment through Rundeck in Pre-production environment, need to do post deployment support.
• Able to work independently as well as a team in providing out-of-the box solution if required.
