JOB SUMMARY
Should have overall 8+ years of relevant experience in IT industry and preferably majority in banking domain with exposure to Screening/AML.
Should have 6+ years of experience in owning project deliverables and activities, that also includes Release Management.
You participate in all phases of the design, test, and implementation process, helping to modify the project scope, identify and troubleshoot problems with implementation or efficiency, perform data analysis to assess what types of modifications need to occur, and determine how well the new implementations are working
Should have excellent motivation, communication skills (oral & written) along with good presentation and documentation skills.
Provides input to the project plan or estimating the implementation cost.
Ability to multi-task and engage productively on multiple projects simultaneously
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Manage the communication channels and relationships with senior stakeholders. Ensure all stakeholders are sufficiently briefed.
Liaise with multiple application teams & co-ordinate for issue resolution. Willing to work on-call support over weekends
Work closely with Business Analysts to analyse the requirements and develop detailed technical specifications.
Must be a team player who works with technical and non-technical resources. Should be mentoring and guiding the team in day-to-day technical activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
4 to 6 Years of experience in application development using Python, Hive, SQL, Postgres, UNIX(RHEL) and Advance Technologies tool.
Foster engineering mindset among the people and develop talent within the team
Maintains the deepest level of industry and product expertise in areas of "Name Screening/Transaction Screening" and role played by AI/ML tools in these areas.
Configure create and Demonstrate the technical components for Silent8, Fircosoft product using tools and expertise in the areas of system configuration, APIs, Javascript/Jquery, unix shell script, SQL query
Strategize and hands-on on new areas like choice of design patterns and principles, databases, API strategies, Microservices led Architecture as part of Engineering stream
Good understanding of fundamental architecture and design principles, object-orientation principles, and coding standards.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
Develops implementation tools and process with an eye on automating manual activities.
Ability to build extensible and scalable solutions.
Experience in presenting solutions to architecture forums and follow the principles and standards in implementation.
Perform functional and technical Infrastructure review activities for prod/non prod environments for ensuring high availability and performance as per engagement in the project.
Support and guide in finding and resolving critical production issues by analysis monitoring, logs and tracing information. Ability to debug & write / modify Shell script/Python

The role will be part of a nimble and lean agile squad. Hence the ideal candidate would need to multihat in terms of technology SME, domain SME and delivery roles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to ‘coach’ teams on niche technologies like data science/Cloud etc for agile delivery
Self-assured, with the confidence to be the voice of reason & authority while maintaining a focus on Servant Leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge in Oracle/Unix/Data science
Knowledge of Name screening and Transaction Screening applications is preferable.
Knowledge/certifications on Data Science or Machine learning is desirable
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) will be an added advantage
