The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
• Should be able to understand the group strategy and derive strategy related to the unit.
• Awareness and understanding of the Group&rsquos business strategy and deliver solutions accordingly
Business
• Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economics of migration and the business benefit of migration to cloud
Processes
• Adhere to the bank processes without any deviation
People and Talent
• Support the team where needed. Embed the learning culture within the team and ensure knowledge is shared within the team
• Lead by example
Risk Management
• Act as the risk control owner under the Group&rsquos Risk Management Framework
Governance
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
