Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
Manage cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS (GCP basic exposure is a plus) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Atlantis.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes and tools like Helm.
Ensure observability using monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch, Loki, etc.
Automate configuration management using Ansible and streamline deployment processes.
Manage source control and branching strategies using GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, or similar platforms.
Maintain secure systems and applications using tools like HashiCorp Vault, IAM, and WAF.
Drive cloud cost optimization strategies (FinOps) by monitoring resource utilization and implementing savings measures.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and deployment issues.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to improve system reliability and development velocity.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident management processes.
Technical Skills Required:
Cloud Platforms: AWS (Primary), GCP (Basic)

API Gateway: Nginx, AWS API Gateway, Kong (Optional)
Database Knowledge: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis (for basic troubleshooting)
Operating Systems: Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Amazon Linux)
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of SIEM solutions & security tools.
Experience with cost optimization tools like AWS Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor.
Exposure to message brokers like Kafka or ActiveMQ.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect (Associate), or similar.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
