Interview Mode - Face to Face (Noida office - Sec 62)
Mode - FTE with our client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Application Development: Design, develop, and optimize scalable applications using .NET Core and SQL Server.
• Database Management: Design and maintain high-performance SQL Server databases, including query optimization and indexing.
• Code Review & Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and APIs for better performance.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
• Integration & Deployment: Work on system integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and scalability challenges.
• Customer Handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 6-8 years of experience in software development using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server (query optimization, stored procedures, indexing, and database design).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices(preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular/React (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication , leadership abilities and customer support.--
