Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 112 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

About you:
Are you an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership? Your passion for early childhood education shines through in your thoughtfully designed programming, empowering children as independent learners while nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness. Through meaningful interactions, you inspire inquisitive young minds, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
What You’ll Bring:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
A current Working with Children Check
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Australian Working Rights
A professional and friendly personal presentation
Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
Full availability to work Monday to Friday across all shift patterns
