Lead Educator - Join Our Passionate Team!
As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and guiding the learning journey of our children, creating a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment that fosters growth, development, and exploration.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of educators in the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.
Develop and implement engaging, child-centered learning programs that cater to individual needs.
Build strong relationships with families, supporting their child’s development and well-being.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in the Nursery room
Collaborate with other educators and management to continually improve practices.
What We’re Looking For:
A recognised Early Childhood Education qualification (Bachelor or Diploma level - or working towards those qualification).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding a team.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Can work full time and flexible in shifts
Lead experience in the Nursery room (desirable)
