Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay Rate: $36.43- $37.54 Based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading your room with confidence and collaboration
Designing and implementing play-based learning programs
Guiding and mentoring your fellow educators
Building strong relationships with children and families
Supporting inclusive practices for all children
Ensuring compliance with EYLF and NQS frameworks
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
A valid Working with Children Check
Current First Aid with asthma and anaphylaxis training
In-depth knowledge of EYLF and NQS
Proven experience in a Lead Educator/Room Leader role
Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education and a team-first attitude
