The Opportunity

At Kindy Patch Medowie, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated educator to join our vibrant and supportive team as a Lead Educator. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating and maintaining an inspiring learning environment where children thrive.
We are especially keen to hear from educators who are currently studying towards their Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, as this role offers a clear pathway into an Early Childhood Teacher position. You will be supported through ongoing professional development, mentorship, and meaningful career progression opportunities.
Sign on Bonus of $1,000 - $500 paid on commencement $500 paid after 6 months
About Us
Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.
At capacity our centre caters for up to 76 children with operating hours from 7am to 6pm.

About You
You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate
You will also share our commitment and passion for bringing learning to life, inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.
