As a Lead Embedded Software Engineer , your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain embedded software systems for a wide range of applications.
You will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions.
Requirement
• 12+ years of experience in Embedded Firmware design and development
• Strong experience with C language for embedded applications
• Experienced with latest hardware platforms and related IDEs
• Good experience with analog signal interfacing and BLDC motor control
• Hands on with RToS based development
• Experienced with I2C, SPI, CAN. RS-485 and Modbus communication protocols
• Experienced with Wi-Fi and BLE communications
• Good experience with static code checking and coding guidelines
• Experienced with Firmware Design documentation, test case finalization and architecture documentation
• Experienced with HW-FW integration and board-bring up activities
Your primary duties and responsibilities will include :
• Leading the design and development of embedded software systems for various applications.
• Developing and maintaining software requirements and specifications.
• Developing software architecture and design documents.
• Developing, testing, and debugging software applications.
• Coordinating with other team members to ensure that software projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software integration and compatibility.
• Performing code reviews and ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Creating and maintaining software documentation.
• Staying up to date with the latest software development trends and technologies
